Welcome to 8H5 Language Arts and 8th Grade Honors Language Arts!!
I would first like to introduce myself. The 2016-2017 school year will be my tenth year at Bettendorf Middle School. I have taught a variety of different levels of language arts classes. I have two little girls (4 and 5 years old) and we live in northern Scott County where my husband farms. I look forward to another wonderful year with eighth grade students this year. I cannot wait to get to know all of my students better throughout the school year. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or comments throughout the year. The best way to get in contact with me is through email. My email address is rdierickx@bettendorf.k12.ia.us
I will be updating this website on a daily basis. This is a great place to go if you (as a parent) want to know what is going on in our class. As a student, it is a great place to go if you have questions regarding what we did in class or if you need make up work.
